Well here is an update on our wonderful boy! He is 3 months old today (which reminds me I have to schedule pictures, oops). And he is doing great... weighing in at about 17lbs, wearing 6 month clothes, talking more and more everyday. He often surprises himself at what comes out of his mouth! He is wanting to stand up all the time, and we are working on rolling over and sitting up. I have recently started back to work and he is taking it okay... the first night he woke up a few times and cried, and the stinker wouldn't take a bottle for his Dad. The second night he cried himself to sleep but when he woke up to eat in the morning he did take a bottle (Thanks to Grandma Kirklin's trick with the fan!). I am hoping he will just start realizing it's not so bad and take it more often, 8-9 hrs is an awfully long time for him to go without eating!
Lets see other new things happening to us... well last week we lost our Grandpa Sayers. We weren't really expecting that, and are still getting used to the idea that he's actually gone. Thankfully we know we
'll see him again someday :) Until then we'll be missing him.I went back to work, and wish I didn't have to! It's been going better than I thought it would. The next day my boy has spoiled me (both times) and slept in with me till late, and taken frequent naps as well. I think he just likes sleeping with mommy, but hey whatever works!! It's crazy how much I miss my little guy when I am gone... at work around all those babies and all I want to do it see my own :)
The other new thing that has happened is we bought a house! Signed our lives away basically... it's pretty darn nice. And was one we had to move quickly on... it was forclosing and would have been grabbed up quick. Soo we will be moving this month, which I have no idea how I am going to possibly pack and move things with this very cute but time consuming Miles. It will be a challenge in many ways! We'll have to paint most of the inside of the house and unfortunately I don't think we'll be able to get it all done, if any, before we move in. Anways I will post a picture soon! Till then here are pictures of Miles, since I know that is really what everybody wants anyways :)
