Winter Carnival 2007

Our last and final carnival has now come and gone. We had a busy weekend... Joe's family came up to see us and all of our wonderful snow! Family came in on Thursday night and stayed until later Sunday afternoon. It's sad to see them leave, but we were both pretty beat. Unfortunately I ended up with a terrible head cold for the entire weekend (not over it yet), and am hoping that I didn't spread it to anyone else. Sore throat, sinus congestion, headache... is what consumed most of my time. My best friend became my sudafed & nasal spray!! My only hopes at being able to breath. I also am a huge baby when I am sick (thank you Joe for putting up with me... and the popsicles :) Aside from that it was a good time, and Vernon was thrilled to have all the company! In fact he was quite sad when everyone left. I guess Joe & I are boring!!
