After seeing the "South Beach Diet Recommended" seal on the can, I knew something was up. I looked on the bottom to find an expiration date of September 2005! Most likely bought when Shannon and I were first married.
It had somehow evaded the trash bin even after moving to three different houses. What an elusive cheese this is!
